If something isn't right, reach out before sending anything back. Returns and exchanges require authorization from Holland Bowl Mill prior to return. Products that have been used but are not damaged are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damage & Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, file a claim with the carrier. We're glad to help with that process if needed. Missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Contact us at orders@hollandbowlmill.com or call (616) 396-6513.
Lifetime Guarantee
Every Holland Bowl Mill wooden bowl is backed by a lifetime guarantee. If it ever cracks or warps from regular use, we'll replace it with a new one of similar size and finish. To keep the guarantee intact: hand wash only, dry immediately, never soak or dishwasher your bowl, and treat regularly with Bee's Oil. Full care instructions are available here.
