Shipping Policy

Processing Time Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping reduces transit time but your order may still require up to 24 hours to process before it ships.

Free Shipping Free standard ground shipping is automatically applied to all orders of $100 or more shipping within the continental United States. No coupon code needed.

Domestic Shipping We ship via UPS standard ground within the continental United States. For special shipping requests, contact us at orders@hollandbowlmill.com or call (616) 396-6513.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. To see shipping costs for your location, add items to your cart and select your country at checkout.

For shipments to Canada: Canadian recipients are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees assessed at the border. Orders under CAD $200 shipped via UPS Standard are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD $10 through UPS's eBP program. Orders valued at CAD $200 or above may incur additional fees payable at delivery. You can contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to pay in advance.
