Returns
Bowl refunds and exchanges will not be accepted without authorization from Holland Bowl Mill. If the product has been used and not damaged, HBM will not accept the return. Cost of returns is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Claims
Claims for missing merchandise must be reported within seven days of receipt. Damage claims must be made directly with the carrier involved. Holland Bowl will assist if necessary.
Lifetime Guarantee on all Wooden Bowls
All Holland Bowl Mill bowls come with a lifetime guarantee. If your bowl ever cracks or warps from regular use, Holland Bowl Mill will replace it with a new one of similar size and finish. Never let water stand in a wood bowl for an extended period and never clean wood bowls or any wood product in the dishwasher. Holland Bowl Mill recommends using water and a small amount of mild soap to wash your wood products, then hand dry.

Free shipping will be automatically applied to all orders of $100.00 or more within the continental USA. Free shipping is limited to the standard ground. *No coupon code needed*

For Canadian Customers:
Canadian Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g., excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.
Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.
Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You can call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.
