A versatile everyday bowl, right for fruit on the counter, bread at dinner, or a side salad. The size most people reach for without thinking twice. With a fractal burn, it's also the one guests tend to pick up and turn over in their hands.
Each Fractal bowl is turned from solid Michigan hardwood, then burned by artist Mike Wonser using about 12,500 volts of electricity. The current finds its own path through the wood, so the pattern on your bowl exists only on your bowl.
Handcrafted in Holland, Michigan, burned by Mike Wonser, and finished with a food-safe satin coat.

Product Care
Hand wash with warm, soapy water and dry promptly. Do not soak or put in the dishwasher. The polyurethane seal protects the wood and the burn and keeps the bowl food-safe. A sharp knife, including our mezzaluna, can cut through that seal, so keep blades out of Fractal bowls. No Bee's Oil needed.
