Red Resin Queen Board

This 17 ½ by 11 ½ piece of scrap was originally root cut from a Flaming Box Elder turning formally featured here at the bowl mill. Following our zero waste practices we match-book cut the section in half and opened it to better show off the unique grain of this wood type. The naturally occurring red of the Flaming Box Elder paired with the translucent red resin mixed to create one of the most unique pieces of art featured at the Holland Bowl Mill.

Handcrafted in Holland, Michigan and finished with Bee's Oil.
